Shipping

How fast can we expect our order to ship?

A: Since packaging is a broad spectrum of products you can expect stock items as soon as next day and on the other side of it some custom products can take 9-12 weeks.

Do you charge for shipping?

A: It depends on what products we are selling you. For example, stock boxes and supplies can ship free next day anywhere in San Diego and LA counties if you meet the minimum order. Also, custom boxes made locally always include delivery to your dock.

Payments

What payments do you take?

A: We accept all major credit cards as well as standard term payment (on approved credit).

Do you use Purchase Orders?

A: We can accept purchase orders once terms have been approved.

Returns

What is your return policy?

A: On stock products typical returns must be done within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
